With a background in organisational development, change management and continuous improvement, Lili has worked extensively with businesses, public sector organisations, and community groups. Her structured yet empathetic approach helps parties rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and create environments where people communicate openly and effectively.

 Mike is a CMC-registered mediator with extensive experience in community and workplace mediation. Over the past five years, he has helped individuals and teams navigate disputes, rebuild relationships, and establish healthier ways of working together.

Having trained at the London School of Mediation, Mike also brings over 30 years of experience leading sales teams in financial markets and FinTech sectors. His business background gives him a practical and solutions-driven approach, helping professionals resolve complex disputes effectively.

Mike believes in engaging directly with each party to understand the root causes of conflict before facilitating a constructive, face-to-face mediation process. His passion for unlocking relationships and helping people move forward with clarity makes him a trusted and skilled mediator.

Jess is a Community Mediator with Solent Restorative Partnership, having trained with Portsmouth Mediation Service following a four-year tenure as Service Development Manager and a member of the Senior Leadership Team at a mediation charity in Winchester. During this time, she was involved in a wide range of referrals including neighbour, workplace, and community-related disputes, helping to facilitate the rebuilding of relationships through effective communication and restorative practice.

Jess has a background in Property and Public Law and studied her LLB Law degree at the University of Winchester. Alongside her career, Jess has a substantial voluntary background in restorative justice, advisory, crime prevention, and community-based roles.

Jess is known for her empathetic, structured, and client-focused approach. She is also passionate about community outreach and raising awareness of the benefits of mediation and restorative justice.

Tina is an accredited mediator with over 18 years of experience in community, workplace, and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) mediation and Restorative Practises. Through her long-standing work with Portsmouth Mediation Service, Tina has supported individuals and groups in navigating sensitive and often complex situations, helping people feel heard, respected, and empowered to move forward.

With a degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University, Tina brings a deep understanding of conflict and its impact on relationships, communication, and wellbeing. She believes that conflict, when approached constructively, can be a turning point—offering opportunities for clarity, healing, and change.

Tina approaches every situation with neutrality, care, and professionalism. She works in an omni-partial way, ensuring that all voices are valued equally and that the mediation process feels safe, inclusive, and solution-focused.
